Java applications acting weird with new CPU

Hi, yesterday I switched my motherboard, cpu and ram, everything went well, everything was as I aspected it to be. But I tried to run minecraft, the launcher is acting weird. As seen in this gif:http://
With my previous components this wasn't the case, everything went verry well (unexcept performance).
These are my specs:
Previous:

• 
  AMD FX-9590 (CPU)
  Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z (MOBO)
  16GB Kingston DDR3 Memory @1600MHz (RAM)

Now:

• 
  Intel Core i7 6700K
  Asus Maximus VIII Hero Alpha
  16GB Kingston DDR4 Memory @2133MHz

I'm not sure if this is in the right section, if not just tell me and I'll move it.

Did you reinstall Windows, or is this the same copy as before? Sometimes Windows takes mobo and CPU changes perfectly and sometimes it can screw it up.

I didn't reinstall windows, but it had to be reactivated. After talking with someone from Microsoft that problem was fixed.
And just to add, the whole system is actualy a bit slower only, games are really a lot better but the os itself is quite laggy and spu usage is about 30-40% when idling wich isn't normal.

Sceince no one replied I was thinking to reinstall windows because @NukaB said windows could screw it up. But Before that I tried to install windows 10 anniversary edition, so after 2 hours I got finally back in windows and first thing I checked was my CPU usage. And it was just 3% wich is way more reasonable than 30. And every single java application worked fine. To bad no one replied...
