Everytime I play after around 5-15 minutes or a bit more my game freezes and I will need to close it. It says my java isn't responding anymore and there is no way that its going to unfreeze. This has been starting to piss me off cause I need to restart it everytime and I keep on dieing in multiplayer. My java is updated, my amd drivers aswell and the game aswell. I tried everything and I googled. I hope you guys can help me out.

Would it be possible for you to watch how much RAM is being used while you play? It is possible that your system is running out of usable RAM and locking up. If your RAM isn't being maxed out you may need to adjust how much RAM is allocated to Minecraft.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I have already allocated more ram. But it still crashes. At the start I thought this was the issue but it didnt solve it.

Try bringing up task manager and watch what percentage of your RAM you are using while you play. Minecraft is not a well optimized game and probably is hogging up quite a bit. If you could tell me how much RAM you have I may be able to help out more.

I have 16 gigs of ram. How should I check this exactly? Look at it when it freezes or just a average amount it uses?

When I crashed it was at 900 and it had an average of around 800.

You may try uninstall Java entirely and then reinstall the 64bit version. You will want to make certain it is the 64bit version, this is important. You may also try installing the Optifine mod, if that still exists (haven't played in years). It helps with optimization and could help your situation. You could also hit the F3 key while in-game to make sure it is using the AMD 8970M graphics processor and not the Intel HD 4600.

I have done all of that already and it Didnt fix it 🙁.
