HP s5753w
Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD Athlon II X2 240 - 2.80 Ghz
3 GB's of installed RAM (2.75 usable)
Hello, I seem to have a problem. When ever I play a simple game in google chrome like Agar.io (In maximized windowed mode) the game is very unstable/ stuttery/ unplayable. It's not my internet connection because whenever I put it in F11/ fullscreen mode everything is perfectly fine (I get at least 67 FPS).
But when I try to play Agar.io on my other Dell computer,
Dell optiplex 745
Windows 10 pro
Intel Pentium D 3.40 GHz
8 GB's of RAM
not only is it unstable when in maximized window mode, but it's also unstable in F11 mode. The only way to fix it on my Dell computer is to put google chrome in minimized window mode (drag google chromes borders in some)
Why does this happen, and can someone please help me?
