Question JBL Subwoofer going "crazy"

Hi
I own a car with a JBL subwoofer, recently 1 cable was weak and i cut him little bit and plug him back, but now the subwoofer doing some sounds, something similiar to heart beating, what did i do wrong ?, Less volume is on radio more beating comes from it.
What to do now?

Ground loop.

Also a good idea to replace the RCA cable might have a break/issue, Make sure to not run it by the power cable and buy a quality cable.

My brother helped me with it because it was his car, it was doing that noise because i connnect a cable from amplifier to amplifier. But thanks for help
