ok so the issue I am having is in most games when I move my mouse there is judder in the background. almost looks like stop motion. The character moves and turns fine and there seems to be no dips in fps or performance, but it is very disorienting to look at.
This happened to me on my old computer that had an i7-7700k and a gtx 1080 with 16 gb of ram. It happened in witcher 3, borderlands 2, fallout 4, mass effect andromeda, and fortnite. I since have built a new system amd ryzen 3600, rtx 2060 super founders edition, with 16 gb of corsair ram.
I am still experiencing this issue. I changed my mouse from a razer lancehead te to a logitech hero and changed monitors from a asus 3d 140 hz panel to an hp omen 25f 240hz g-sync panel. There is no judder reduction on my hp omen panel either.
Does anyone have or know of a way to reduce this issue?
