Just bought a Asus VG248QE Monitor and need good color settings.

I have tried using the "Just bought a glorious Asus VG248QE Gaming Monitor" reddit thread, but color setting and especially the ICC profile, crushed my blacks and it made the colors look dull and dark. What are some better color settings?
