Question Just bought new PC Yesterday got stutters help fast

I downloaded league of legends i put uncapp fps lets say and game goes like 280 and over 300 fps and stutters like freeze 1 sec and go when i capp at 144 lets say game runs smoothly then i play hogwarts and game siply gpu 99 cpu normaly works all good and when i do spell or something game like stutter freeze 1 sec i think its problem cause of 1 single channel ram i dont know if someone knows i would appreciate cuz im pissed

Because last pc i had was gtx 1070 ryzen 5 3600 and 2x8gb 2666 mhz and league was uncapp too and all no stutters no anything i dont know really now and it was not even new pc this is brand from store

i wouldn't even expect a smooth 100fps with higher in-game settings using this combination.

this is maybe a mid-level gaming system, and would be on the lower end of that tier even.

what resolution and type of settings are you trying to use?

Yes so i am saying cuz in fort nit basically i got 110 on low with stutter while he has 270 on same spec i mean not same but i put same settings he has 2 sticks i got 1 so should i buy 2x8gb of 3200mhz and it will fix my stutter
 
I don't know the market where you are, but that system could be built with better parts at about half the price here in the US.

It is important not to take too seriously the results you see from reviewers. They are often paid or subsidized with free parts and so forth to put the best light on the product(s) they are reviewing.

Ye i understand but so should i change a ram or a ssd i dont know anymore why i got stutters
 
Honestly?

First, can you return this unit?

Before you do, tell us what your total budget is and where you are shopping. There are some fellows on here that are very talented at build lists with the focus on value or performance. I really feel like you could do better than this system for that money if you are able to build your own.

I dont know if i can return this i really dont know i am from serbia anyway but i dont know if i can return thats why im asking what should i change cuz of stutter im getting annoyed and even fps
