Upgraded my system to the new ryzen cpu. Bought a new motherboard and some RAM aswell. Pc wouldnt boot. I troubleshooted until i ran out of ideas. Got it checked out by best buy and they said the motherboard isnt workin. I was able to replace the motherboard and RAM (just in case) but it still wont boot. Just wondering if i can do anything else before replacing the cpu aswell.

So i got the BIOS updated on the motherboard but still nothing is poppin up on my monitor
The fact that you were able to update using Qflash+ suggests that your motherboard is working properly.

What is your graphics card and monitor?
You will need them properly connected along with the processor, ram, and psu to see the bios screen.
Your motherboard may need a bios update to run the 5000 series processor.
Normally, a motherboard will have the latest bios already installed.
But, if the motherboard is old stock, that may not be the case.
You need bios F10 which was released 9/10 2020
Fortunately, you can update the bios with Qflash plus without a cpu installed.

You do not boot at all.
With GIGABYTE Q-Flash Plus, you don’t need to install the CPU, memory and graphics card nor enter the BIOS menu to flash the BIOS. Just download and save a new BIOS file (rename to gigabyte.bin) on the USB flash drive, then press the dedicated Q-Flash Plus button and you’re good to go!
look about 10 pages down to see how:

Your motherboard manual should also tell you how.
