just bought Verizon internet

in my house there are 3 pcs all connected hardline to a router. then i ran some speed tests on pc 1 where the internet was activated the upload and download speeds are 50-50. pc 2 (the one I use) its slow, same as it was before with time warner cable, 15 download 1 upload. pc 3 is really old and it indicates better speed then pc 2 specifically 33.91 download and 20.18 upload. Is there something i have to tweak on my pc?

lol, I just fixed it. my internet driver (killer network) was set at 15-1. just changed that
