Just built a new computer and it wont display anything like the monitor doesn't detect anything its not like just a black screen still on its completely nothing

I'm also so sure i have tried everything just hoping that i could get some second opinions before scrapping this and trying a new CPU and MB

Cpu: i7-9700k
MB: Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming (rev. 1.0)
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
GPU: NONE
Storage: Seagate IronWolf NAS 8 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Hopefully a boot drive SSD: Samsung 980

They released above mentioned boards for 9th gen. Previous 8th gen chipsets such yours supports 9th gen with a bios update. Unlikely bios has been updated since you're experiencing exactly the symptoms a non supported cpu would do.

Ask a local pc repair shop if they can help you flash your motherboard. With any luck they'll have an 8th gen cpu on hand.

So i will have to put an 8th gen intel cpu in there in order to do a bios update there is no way to do it with a 9th gen in it?
