Question Just built a pc and cant get it to boot help

Just built my pc and I cant get it to boot when it turns on the dram light goes red then switched to red cpu light the the whole pc turns off and i cant turn it on from the case

Ive reseated the cpu and cables n ram

Im running a ryzen 7 7800x3d
Gigabyte 4070
Arous elite b650
750 psu
32 gn of ram

Have you tried with a single stick of memory?
Have you reseated the CPU?

I’ve tried with one stick of each and put them in 1n3 2n4 ive recreated the cpu
Xpg core reactor 2 750 fully modular psu

And there were no bent/missing pins on the CPU? Nothing in/on the socket? Thermal paste, maybe?

With the LED order, the motherboard isn't even getting to the point of checking for a GPU or storage etc in the POST process - so your issue likely sits with the RAM &/or CPU, as the LEDs are suggesting.
