Question Just built my first PC yesterday and I keep hearing a strange noise.

It sounds like something is being read. This is my first gaming PC I built so I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I've never heard it with my previous prebuilt. Here are the specs below:

Sounds like a fan or something is not aligned properly or is rubbing against something.
