Question Just built my own PC for the first time, it's turning on but not displaying anything on my monitor

The build- ASUS TUF X670E-plus WiFi, Ryzen 9 7950×3d, 4090, ddr5 6000mhz ram, 1 TB SSD, 1200w PSU, 360mm water cooler.

Make and model of the PSU?

Make and model of your panel/monitor? Did you try and work without the discrete GPU, with the display connected to the motherboard's display output ports? As for your rams, which slots are the populating on the board?

Corsair RM1200x PSU
Monitor is ASUS not sure the model but it works on my old pc
And no I didn’t even think to try to motherboard ports
