Build:
•CPU - AMD Ryzen 5
•CPU Cooler - Wraithspire cooler came in box with cpu.
•Mobo - B450 Tomahawx max AM4 chipset
•Graphics card - Radeon RX 5500 XT
•Two 8 GB sticks of DDR4
•Two in case fans
•Case is a Rosewill
•Also, I have two hard drives and windows only shows one of them in file explorer while Speccy recognizes both of them

When I first boot up my build, my cpu temp stays at 90 or above according to Speccy.

How much thermal paste are you applying and is your cooler completely screwed in? (By completely screwed in I mean you can't twist it any further)

By the way, download Core Temp and see what your LEGITIMATE temperatures are. Speccy always says my CPU is idling around 60°C when it's normally lower.

The average idle temperature for an AMD Ryzen 5 is 40-50°C.
The average load temperature for an AMD Ryzen 5 is 70-80°C.

Idle: Your temperature when doing literally nothing on your PC to browsing online.
Load: Your temperature when using heavy programs such as video editing or games.
