Just Cause 2 Crashing on Windows 10

I just bought Just cause 2 and all the DLC in a bundle from G2A and it has crashed 3 times in 45 minutes. I haven't gotten to play straight for more than 20 minutes at a time. I have a great PC so the hardware shouldn't be an issue. I have an Intel Core i7 4790K, a GTX 960, and 20gb of DDR3 Ram. Is this just an OS issue or are other people playing JC2 on Windows 10 without issue?

I had a similar problem if I recall (haven't played for a while).

I found turning off bullet impacts/decals fixed my crashing.

That did fix my issue, but I also found that you can leave everything at whatever settings you want by running Compatability Troubleshoooter with Windows 7 and it works flawlessly.
