Question Just got a MyDigital SSD-BPX Pro

How do I install it - I know how the physically install it but how do I get the OS and data off of it. 240GB

AMD R5-1600
DDR4-2800 - 24GB RAM
1TB WD 7200 RPM HDD
EVGA GTX 950 FTW GPU
