Question Just had a new power supply and now after reconnecting everything in powers on but doesn't boot

I've upluged the GPU and any other non essentials to boot and it keeps powering on only to restart after a second or 2

List all PC specs.

Make sure you didn't miss the power plug in the top left corner of motherboard.
