Question Just installed windows 10 and cannot click anything in taskbar

I just installed windows 10 and my display drivers updated. I cannot open Microsoft edge or any other application. It opens on the taskbar but no window shows up. Please help

Do you have the tiny opening and minimising animation when switching to an app window? Basic idea is to 'open' the app (which is effectively appearing off screen), then use the Windows key plus left/right arrow to cycle through different display positions. It should bring it back into view.
