[SOLVED] Just installed Windows 10 - installing integrated graphics creates black screen

I installed Windows 10 today on my PC with Intel HD Graphics 4000 (I use integrated graphics). However I couldn't get past a black screen, and now I'm sure why this is happening. When I uninstall the Intel HD Graphics 4000 and deactivate the automatic update for my graphics drivers, only using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, it will work perfectly fine. If I download the integrated graphics again it will show a black screen as soon as it activates. What should I do?
