Just installed windows 10! Now what?

hey everyone i just finished installing windows 10. i didnt do a clean install since this computer is only 2 weeks old. what should i do now? do i need to install any drivers or should i be good to go? thanks

Check your device manager to be sure, but you should be good to go.

If you're using Nvidia I'd suggest making sure your drivers are up to date. They had a special Windows 10 update.

Quite true, but they will self-install when Windows Update runs.
You can, of course, force the issue.
