No SSD, budget streatched too faras is. My memory doesn't seem to be listed as supported, do you think that could be a problem.

no its 1600 MHz and your mobo supports it dont worry

Should work out just fine. The PSU is a bit overkill, but then again it leaves you a good bit of room to grow. You better be overclocking that thing.

Supported memory just means they stuck those models of RAM in that model mother board and said "oh look it works". I've never worried about that. The only time you really need to be careful is with OEM systems (Dell, HP, etc). Sometimes they can be funny.
