Just purchased the redragon Titanoboa 2

The problem is that the software that came on with the mouse does not pick up the device, this may be because i have windows 10. please help

This page lists your mouse at the bottom but it might be same software you have now: http://www.redragonzone.com/Home/Downloads/

You could try to contact them here: http://www.redragonzone.com/Home/Product/item/id/89.html as the drivers might not be digitally signed and since the Anniversary edition of Win 10, if the drivers aren't signed, Windows won't use them.
