K8T neo FIS2R drive error

Sorry it this gets posted twice, but it looks like my news server just
deleted it after posting.

I upgraded from MSI KT6 board to MSI K8T. all other hardware stayed same
except board and cpu.

went into bios set up everything after upgrade. now when booting, get boot
error, press F11 to enter boot menu, select my Segate SATA drive, press
continue, and it boots fine. I am running win xp pro, but this doesn't seem
to have anything to do with OS. it is the boot sequence that is the problem

Any ideas?

How are the boot-settings in the BIOS ?
