Kaby lake not posting

I bought the msi B150M GAMING PRO and I3 7320. It wont post. I guess it needs a bios update, but how to do it without cpu?

You can't, without a supported CPU. A local PC shop might help.

A local store might be able to help, otherwise:
Buy the cheapest supported CPU (likely a Celeron G3900 around $40), install that, update the BIOS & then replace with the Kaby Lake Chip.
OR
Return the B150 (if you still can) and purchase a B250 with Kaby Lake support out of the box.
