I have an old laptop i will be using to program for a club at school, but the sad part is, i bought it without a hard drive. I would like to use Kali Linux on the laptop, but I was wondering how i would be able to install it because the laptop does not allow me to access the BIOS.

Could I somehow be able to install Kali Linux on my main computer onto a laptop hard drive i bought, then just move the hard drive over to the laptop? Or if someone could point me in the right direction with this matter it would be greatly appreciated.

Please note, i have tried booting the Laptop from a USB- but all the USB say's is "BootMGR not found" or something like that.

Don't jump to Kali only because your pals told you "Man, this is Linux for Hackers!".
Start with something mainstream, like Ubuntu, Mint, even Fedora. Once you master it, you can move to more "fun" stuff.

I would highly recommend disconnecting all other HDDs and SSDs from your desktop while you prepare your laptop HDD.

What utility you used to prepare bootable USB?

I found a program called ISO to USB. I already do know the Linux ins-and-outs, i have used Ubuntu on a Virtual Machine for quite some time now, i just want to try something different and Kali Linux seem's to be interesting. I do disconnect all other drives that way i don't get them mixed up because with drive names like WDST1000 i can't always remember is that is my first 1Tb drive or my backup one.

I am also trying to do various things in my networking class to make the class a lot easier on my behalf. I decided on Kali to do so. I know i don't need anything as extreme as like BackTrack or something, but Kali is useful in multiple ways that are good for me.
