Kaveri downclocks when gpu is under full load

I'm having problems understanding why my kaveri downclocks when the gpu is under full load.

My build
Asrock fm2 88x extreme6 +
7850k @4.4ghz
Kingston hyper x predator 2400 Cl 11 13 13 54
Igpu at 900mhz (nb at 1.3v)
Apm c 6 cool and quite all disabled
Tdp on auto because it doesn't give me an option for 95 w

Any help would be greatly appreciated
