Question PS5 keeps disconnecting from online games

I am having a disconnection issue on my Playstation 5. I keep getting disconnected from the server in games. This has happened on 4 games, Farcry 5 & 6, Hell divers 2 and Madden 24. I will usually either play online multiplayer or need a server in order for the game to play (this is for Madden and the EA servers). Someone said something about forward facing ports or DMZ's but this is all greek to me. is anyone else having this issue and how did they fix it?
