Keep getting THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER when playing games, or doing anything. Fix?

I keep getting a blue screen saying "THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER" and I've looked around and have no fixes for it.
PC Specs:
AMD A8 7600 @3.1ghz
HIS Radeon 7950 IceQ Boost
Gigabyte F2A88XM-HD3
8GB Kingston HyperX 1x8GB

check if you have the latest driver in the system .

Yeah, I do. I've also tried reinstalling windows multiple times, nothing has worked. I tried a different video card and that didnt work either. :/

the other thing you could check is memtest the ram and use your hdd maker software to test it .

Look in the Windows Event logs and tell us which driver this BSOD is happening on.

when i was looking in the event viewer, i saw a critical thing, checked it and came up with this message: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

then use this on sensor page and look at the voltage it report http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php also name and model of psu .

psu is Aerocool Integrator 650Watts

It'll be the critical error before that one.

what reading did you have on sensor page under idle and load for psu power .
