Keeping monitor active when pc is shut down

Is there a way/softwere/anyting that can keep my monitor awake/active when my pc is shut down?

Im not asking for fancy stuff like showing wallpaper or screensaver. Moving LG (its an LG logo) logo would be enough.

Most monitors have a built in standby, when no signal is shown after a period of time.

Perhaps the monitor has a demo mode. Which model from LG is it?

Why you wanna like to have that?

Well that sux.

My monitor board or panel is failing and it takes ages for it to turn on, so i figured to keep it always on untill i get the money to fix it.

most likely:
enter menu of unknown LG monitor -> options -> mode setting -> Store Demo (demo mode = on)

That would be really helpful but it seems my monitor doesnt have store demo mode.
Its an LG FLATRON W1934S
