[SOLVED] Keeps Hitting 100%

So what isnhappening is my computer is deciding to hit 100% on my memory, CPU, and disk. Mostly disk, but I've tried to facotry reset because I have a lot of stuff on my PC. But when I go into my update and recovery the get started button only clicks, but doesn't open anything up which ita suppose to. I've booted in save mode to try it, same problem. I've also tried a force factory reset in cmd (admin), but still doesn't work at all. I've scanned for viruses and other malaware, but have found nothing. Any ideas how I can either fix this issue, or factory reset my laptop?

Update your post to include full laptop (Make and Model?) hardware specs and OS.

And use Task Manager to determine what apps, etc. are being run.

Plus what what resources each app, etc. may be using and how much of any given resource is being used.
