Keeps on turning off either on startup or in bios

This problem started from past 3days I was playing gta5 and after some time(like1hr) it started shuttering... my gpu started hitting 60% and my cpu started to hit 100%(in msi afterburner) but hey when I looked in the task manager I saw my second core was throttling to 100% and all other cores are idle... okay.... after this incident I started playing fifa 18... same thing.. okay after trying to reboot 3 times(each time had the same problem) my PC turns out by itself.. okay I thought of going into safe mode and even in bios ... wtf gigabyte .. it turns off or sometimes does some beep and crashes... and I obeserved one thing particularly... my cpu in bios when at rest it reached only 760mhz but when I started to scroll and saw it reached 2.5ghz and crashed after few sec... my specs. Cpu-i5 4440s gpu-msi 1050ti mini. Mb-gigabyte b85m-ds3h-a. PSU-450watt ram-8gb 2sticks(some local company) Pls help my birthday is on sep 30 I want to play fifa 19

That's a very bad PSU, change it to something around 550 watts and use a branded one like corsair or evga
