Keeps redoing the loading screen

I turn on my laptop, and it loads on the startup, pauses, and does the startup load, over and over again. Please help, this is my laptop and I'm sad.

Which version of Windows are you running? Windows 8 and 10 should have offered you StartUp Repair options by now instead of doing the same thing every time.

Earlier versions will respond to a tap on the Function 8 key while loading up, and will open in Safe Mode to help you fix the problem.
