My pc has been working great the past few days it’s my first build but today it keeps crashing in games and I can’t figure out why
my specs are
Motherboard: tomahawk b450 max
CPU: ryzen 5 3600
Ram: Corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x8gb
GPU: Radeon 5700 xt
Psu: Corsair cpc 750m
Memory: critical p1 1tb m.2
Case: deep cool matrexx 55
Case fans: 5x deep cool RF120m

could my cpu need something other than the stock cooler I have the frames capped at 144

Solution
Alright
If you have anything overclocked, turn it to stock and then test.
If not, you should test the system with a different PSU.
It could be something else causing the problems, for example XMP instability, but this behaviour indicates power draw issues.

I’ll try a different psu tonight but it throws me off that it’s been working fine for 3 days now
