tesla does not render any graphic. the unit doesn't have video out put at all. the gpu as a whole has been re-purposed purely for crunching number task (hence the importance of DP in card like tesla to begin with). the one that you describe about is quadro not tesla. quadro was made for 3D graphic stuff and not for HPC stuff.

The problem with the 480 is that its a Power hog and heat furnace. But Power=Heat....

The 680 is the biggest improvement over previous Gens

i stopped looking under the hood a long time ago; there ways ALWAYS something i wanted to tinker with that caused a sever "backfire" 🙁
