Kernel data inpage error bsod I really need help not generating dump files?

So I have had this error come up know and again and know my PC is blue screening all the time. When its about to crash it freeze up and first the program i'm using goes not responding then other programs do the same video freezes and audio still plays stays in this state for 5-10 minutes until it blue screens and when it enters the blue screen it does not raze in percent it just stays at 0% complete. It crashes all the time and I can't find out why But when it blue screens it does not create dump files. It crashes when its under the "stress" of minecraft, teamspeak, and Netflix.

AMD Athlon 5350
4 GB of ram
XFX R7 260X
Gigabyte AM1M_S2H
1 TB WD blue drive
Windows 8.1
450W power supply (that came with my case)
a Rose will N900PCE WiFi card

I removed the r7 260x and that fixed the problem
