My question is, can anyone help me?

I am about to give the full run down of everything so please stay with me and give me any advice please because I am desperate for a fix. About a month ago, my pc started to get the kernel power error and I could never figure out the issue. I updated my drivers, I uninstalled windows, I deleted a bunch of apps, ran too many stress tests to count and with no prevail I found no solution. I bought this PC from Xidax.com. I don't quite know how to share my specs or where exactly to find them on my pc but I have a very high end pc. Motherboard is the X-6 ROG Crosshair X870E Hero and my graphics card is the Nvidia RTX 5090 with 16 TB of storage to go with it. I went all out because I wanted this to be my last pc to buy for a really long time. Anyways I sent my pc back to Xidax and they said they found no issues but updated my drivers and BIOS while it was there. But it confused me because I already did that before I sent it to them. But I got my PC back and it worked great. No issues, no crashes or anything. Until the beginning of this week, it started to crash again. Same error as before and I ran through all the steps I previously did with no luck. Forgive me if I am not giving a more detailed description of my issue, I am just very tired of this issue. I spent too much money on this and kinda heartbroken I have to deal with this.

I did look up a ton of threads and posts like, changing my power options, redownloading BIOS, redownloading windows again, updating drivers or reinstalling drivers but I am truly at a lost.

Minidump Files

I've inserted a file here of the minidump file if anyone can please help me.

Might want to make that Google link public or host said files on DropBox. I'm not going to give out my credentials.
