Question Kernel-power error 41

I have a MSI Mag x570 Tomahawk wifi.

CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x
Ram - 32gb (2 x 16gb) ddr4 ram on the MB's qvl
GFX card - Radeon rx 580 8gb
1 512gb nvme ssd in m.2_1 as my windows drive.
1 1tb nvme ssd in m.2_2 as secondary drive.
750w 80 plus gold power supply.

Windows 10 pro 19042.685 with all latest drivers.

I keep getting kernel power error 41. It reboots several time over the course of a day. I have tested all the components, they are all good. For the life of me, I cant figure out why i keep getting this error.

GAME MAX RGB Power Supply RGB-750 Rainbow, ATX Power Supply plugged into an APC surge protector.

I think it might be the power supply. I bought it used. But upon reading the reviews on several different online stores, I think i will order a new power supply in the coming weeks.

actually, i found the problem. My current surge protector isn't rated for computers.

I used bluescreenview to view the .dmp file. It is showing a amdppm.sys+c25 error and a ntoskrnl.exe+55f297 error. Does that mean my cpu is bad? Or is cpu driver issue?
