Good evening everyone,
My wife's computer has been having this issue for months now. It only happens when she tries to play Rainbow 6 Siege, but it effectively stops her from playing. The game boots just fine, but after the first round or two her computer will shut off and restart. To clarify, this issue ONLY occurd with Siege, at least from what I can tell. The Event Viewer states it's a Kernel Power Error 41 task 63. After endless hours of research and troubleshooting, I have no more clue than I did before as to the issue. I've replaced the power supply, I've tested the RAM, I've tried different power outlets, I've updated every driver I could find for my hardware, I've turned off fast boot in the BIOS, and no dice on any front. The odd part is that it doesn't happen when she plays a non matchmade game, but as soon as she matchmakes the issue returns. The issue was fixed for about a week after turning off fast boot, but has since returned. I will post my PC Specs below. Any help or advice is appreciated!
