I'm about to build my first system, and was wondering if anyone had any input on what i consider to be one of the most used parts of the computer: the keyboard! Any one have their favorites, what i should look for, what's available, etc etc? Thanks for any info!

I like the Logitech Internet with iTouch (Retail version; the OEM is quite different in my opinion). They keys are in standard positions, and I like the feel of them, as well as the extra multimedia buttons which offer some convenience.

Well I forget the manufacture of mine (not at home) but it is black, pretty quite and smooth. There is also the Logitec wireless keyboard, less wires and you can use it from accross the room but you do have to replace the batteries eventually.

They have a nice buckling spring keyboard at www.pckeyboard.com. It's called the Customizer and will soon be available in a 104 key version. One of those would last more than twice as long as a standard membrane keyboard and would be much easier to type with.

The Customizer is my next keyboard, how about you?
