Keyboard and headset not turning on

My pc is working and the usbs are giving power but when i plug in my keyboard and headset they dont show that they have power but i hear the noise windows makes when you plug them in and out, my mouse os the only thing actualy working atm

I figured it put go to your device manager and look to see if it says keybord of it dosent click on the mouse and it will bring up a window and will show the mouse and key board but the keyboard will have a catioun sign, trpuble shoot it with windows and and then it will download the drovers and tell you to reset your pc
