Hello, I have tried to format my computer and when I put the CD and restarted the PC I got up the "Press Any Key to Boot from CD or DVD" my keyboard and mouse did not work so i couldn't click on any key. I could not even use keyboards to enter the bios. It was also so the computer went into startup repair, and then I could not press anything, i was stuck in the startup repair screen. btw im using windows 7.

Can anyone help me?

Solution
If you cant enter BIOS you can always try removing CMOS battery from your motherboard, wait 5 mins and putting it back in. That way your BIOS will go back to default settings and then the USB ports in the back should work.

You should always unplug computer from power and make sure you're grounded when doing stuff like that.
