Keyboard and mouse not recognized by BIOS or Linux Mint, tried one PS2 and two USB keyboards.

I moved to a new place and it seems to have some power issues. Before noticing this my computer had been shutdown one day and refused to come back on. I normally use my laptop so I let it sit for a few days and it was magically able to power on (complete with POST beep).

But then something weird, it didn't accept mouse or keyboard input. I have tried two USB keyboards using various USB ports, and the combo keyboard/mouse PS2 input (using one of those USB to PS2 converters). The USB mouse also doesn't work. They do not work for the BIOS or login screen so I am kind of SOL.

I thought maybe part of the motherboard was fried, but the USB WiFi dongle is on and connected to my WiFi. However, my attempts at ssh are rejected. What are your thoughts?

Do you have Chrome Remote Desktop, Windows RDP, Team Viewer, VNC Viewer, or any other RDP installed on the computer?

Also, does it boot to the login screen?

Lastly, do you have an extra PSU to test it against in hopes that the MOBO is alright?

I do have chrome remote desktop installed but it won't let me connect because it is an old version. Hopefully it will update automatically.

It does boot to the login screen.
