Question Keyboard and mouse not working

HI, guys. So i built the pc with the specs as written below. as i press the the button it booted first, but the keyboard or mouse was not working (hdmi and dp were working initially). i tried;
1. using usb 2.0 ports
2. CMOS reset
3. switching everything
But still no luck. Plz help. it is my first build and i am not an expert.
luckily, i used one of my friends motherboard(msi a620m-e) to check other components they are fine but the a620m-e doesnt have a 5v d connector for the aio cooler.
i would really look forward to any suggesstions. thanks

the cpu is not listed in the compatibility list, might be incompatible
you can try updating BIOS though

Thank you for replying back. So how can i update the bios if the display is not showing up?

Cooler works at12vDC, 5v could be only for ARGB lights and can be run without them but MB has 3 x Addressable Gen 2 headers which are 5v and you can use for lights. In the manual item 11.
Are your KB and mouse wired ?
Take GPU out and try connecting directly to MB, that CPU gas IGPU.
BIOS as far as CPU is concerned is surely compatible with 7600x as it's first of 7000 series and all with 600 series chipset, AM5 motherboards are compatible with it.
Ram can also cause no display, re-seat it and try only one stick if you don't get picture using IGPU only. Reset CMOS between any changes.
