Keyboard and Mouse stay on after shut down...

and this motherboard https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110M-C/

Can anyone tell me why they are always on while the pc is turned off and whenever i power up the keyboard color goes to back to red from the one i set?

Has it always been this way? I think certain keyboards have lights on all the time. I recently bought a PC that came with a "free gaming keyboard" (which is crap but I have it hooked up anyway) and it's lit up all the time. None of my other keyboards do this.

When your computer is "off" it is not completely off, unless you turn off the switch on the PSU or unplug it. Perhaps there is a setting in your BIOS that determines whether power is supplied to the USB ports when the computer is "off". Some people might want power to the USB ports when the computer is off for phone charging.
