Keyboard and mouse work in bios but not windows

So I just bought a new keyboard today, it was the razer ornata chroma, and I got home and tried to use it but it would only work in BIOS. So I started trying to figure it out and tried a lot of different things. I was still able to use my old keyboard and mouse but I was messing around with devices and I removed all of the devices including the old keyboard and mouse to see if that would change anything and now I cant use any keyboard or mouse out of BIOS. The reason I am posting this is because I have seen many ither threads but none have helped, consequently, I have tried many many things already but I am open to any solutions you may have, thanks!
*I am in windows 10

Try finding and enabling legacy usb support in bios. You could also try disabling it if it is enabled.

Thanks for your response, but it didnt work 🙁. I can also no longer use my keyboard and mouse in BIOS.

clear your cmos (with the power off, pull the batttery out of the board carefully and keep it out for 15 minutes). thatll reset the kb/mouse and may help the issue.

What ended up fixing it for me was unplugging my computer when it was loading windows to make it start in recovery mode and restoring it to an earlier date fixed my issue, thanks.
