Keyboard and Muspad

Hi, I cheak how to pix mousepad like other show. But there is no mousepad. Setting to change. Sometimes it work sometimes it dont. And today Night on my keyboard work I can change color with it but I cant typer anything with it. Right now Im reset all my laptop and delete every thing. But Im worry what if it still not work what can I do. Laptop keyboard work fine but not the one I plug with USB. My mouse with USB allso work fine.
