keyboard backlight issue

my keyboard backlight has glitch..
rgb color cycle.. but it glows with a single color only.. (only 1 key)

and 4 other keys stays glowing blue..
it changes with the effects..

but when the lights are turned off.. it stays blue

Did you try reinstalling the drivers?

Click the all capitals "SUPPORT' in the upper right screen area of the link you provided.

Also get the User Manual if you do not have the manual. Look for a troubleshooting section.

FAQs may be worth a look - search accordingly. (Note: I tried 4 or 5 searches. Site very slow to respond and twice just went back to the Search field without any response at all.)

Is the keyboard still under warranty? If new drivers do not fix the problem then you may need to RMA the keyboard.
