Every time I click either CTRL or ALT keys I get two beeps that come through my headphones themselves, not physically from my computer. One when I first press it, and the second when I release it. The issue just started today, and only happens in games. Doesn't matter the game, happens in all of them. I can confirm that Sticky Keys are turned off and I have also tried to unplug and plug in the keyboard during game to no luck. The only temporary fix I was able to figure out is if I restart my computer the beeping goes away for an hour or so but comes back. Pretty lost in the sauce on this one, hoping someone on here can help me

MSI Z97-GAMING 5
16 GB of RAM 1866
Asus GTX 1070
Logitech G413 keyboard

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

what headset is it?

see if this helps
Long story short- The keyboard disconnects itself to save power.

You can disable this setting by going to control panel->hardware and sound->devices and printers->RIGHT CLICK->hardware->properties->USB input device (or the name of the keyboard)->change settings->power...
