Question Keyboard boot not working ?

hi I have a PC with
intel dg965ry
core 2.duo e6300
3GB of Kingston DDR2 RAM
I start the PC to go and update the bios to version (1761) only that I press F2-F7-F10 but it gives no response I also try to press num lock but nothing comes on I tried with keyboard ps2 and usb but nothing PLEASE HELP ME

F2 would be the correct key (not in the numlock section, it´s the key top left on the keyboard)
try seating the BIOS jumper to 2-3

I tried as you wrote and I also changed the bios battery but nothing

I know using a GeForce GT 7025 Asus the PC turns on but when I press f2 nothing happens and it goes directly to start Windows 7 the PC works correctly but I just can't access the bios

I know, I've tried in every way even changing RAM and video card but nothing. I tried to change the Jumpers but when I set it to 1-2 the bios opens but I still can't move anything the only one what if I try to change the CPU? because inside there is a core 2 duo 6300 there is another one but it is a 6600 and it is compatible, tell me if perhaps the error it gives me could also concern the processor

How fast does it get into Windows? There have been issues in the past where the PC gets from POST to starting Windows so quickly the user often can't get into BIOS without spamming the F2 key and getting lucky.

Quanto velocemente entra in Windows? In passato si sono verificati problemi in cui il PC passava dal POST all'avvio di Windows così rapidamente che l'utente spesso non riusciva ad accedere al BIOS senza inviare spam al tasto F2 e avere fortuna.

no, si avvia e lo schermo si spegne per un po' ma la schermata del bios appare 3 volte su Windows la tastiera funziona ho provato uno script per andare al bios da Windows solo che mi dà un errore

solo che la tastiera non si accende per niente ho provato a spammare f2 ma niente perchè provo anche a cliccare bloc num ma la spia non si accende

Have you tried more than one keyboard? Because you say you have tried USB and PS/2 but not used an adapter, it sounds like you have, but it helps to be sure.

If you haven't, try another keyboard.

If you have, maybe the CMOS battery is dying. It is an old system, after all. Replace the CR2032 battery, page 57 of the manual for your motherboard, here.

If that doesn't work, you can try updating your BIOS, page 59 of the manual. Be aware that if updating your BIOS goes wrong it can make your motherboard unusable, so you need to be very sure that you need to fix getting into your BIOS.

You are trying to update the BIOS? Or you updated the BIOS, and now this is happening?

Page 59 explains how to update the BIOS from within Windows.
