Keyboard Doesn't Work All Of A Sudden

I have a Roccat Isku Keyboard. It has worked perfectly for me for quite a few months as a reasonably priced solution. I updated the drivers, and all of a sudden, my keyboard doesn't work. I have already tried every single usb port on my PC, and I can't do my else because my PC has a password and I can't get into it now. Has anyone had this problem, and how do I fix this?!

Can you un-install those drivers, and perhaps use the old version again?

I'm not sure how you are now required to enter a password. something doesn't seem quite right about this.

Hi, to get into the PC< click a little circle button near the bottom of the screen on the login screen. It will bring up usability options and lets you enable onscreen keyboard. Then use that to login. Then uninstall the keyboard driver software. then plug keyboard back in and see what happends. Hope it helps!

Ah, I think that explains the password problem.

Thanks for replying. I got into the pc, unistalled the new drivers, and still nothing. I went into device manager and uninstalled/reinstalled external hardware, still nothing. I think its fucked

Well, I hope you still have warranty on the keyboard.

I can't think of much else you can do to test it. perhaps try another computer?
